Dinner in the Atelier Etxanobe restaurant to know and taste the creations of the chef Fernando Canales.


The Miró hotel has its own identity. Designed by designer Antonio Miró, this is the first charming hotel of Bilbao, 100m far from the Guggenheim Museum. This 50 room building mixes design and functionality. It has been declared by the Conde Nast Traveller magazine one of the trendiest places to stay .

Despite  its size, it offers the services of a big hotel. Every single detail has been designed in order to assure the comfort : diffuse lights so as to offer a cool atmosphere, velvet used in unexpected places, elegant materials and updated technologies available in each room.

There is originally designed furniture everywhere. The common areas where created to promote peace and calmness, communicating them with a library surrounded by antique armchairs. The guests can enjoy the gym and the Miró´s SPA for free. 


The Atelier is the new gastronomic restaurant inherited from the Etxanobe restaurant of Chefs Fernando Canales and Mikel Población. Located in a wonderful spot in the very heart of Bilbao, it offers its clients a unique, different and very exclusive gastronomic experience through the Chef Atelier Menu. At the Atelier a maximum of 26 guests will discover a gastronomy of excellence in a surprising, elegant and warm environment.

Product, tradition and creativity melt in the same concept. This cook and communicator, that you will have seen or heard on television or radio programs sharing his knowledge and fears, invites you to approach to his restaurant to wrap you in a joy atmosphere.
