The global tour of “World Tour Culinary Connection” stars in a documentary to be screened at gastronomy film festivals .
The tour in which are participating twelve chefs will begin this Saturday in Sao Paulo, with the idea of connecting Spanish chefs with renowned chefs from around the world that make the cuisine a modern art, through activities related to gastronomy.
As part of the tour there will be workshops of modern cuisine, culinary training centers of reference for each city and seminars for chefs where they will be able to share experiences among them.
"Gastronomy is an important pillar in Spain, we are in a great space with fantastic products, which has always been very creative people and a lot of innovation," remarked the chef Paco Pérez.
